Senior Structural Engineer
*Design Review:
Lead the review of complex structural designs for mega projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Provide constructive feedback to optimize design solutions.
Construction Supervision:
Provide on-site supervision during the construction phase, ensuring that structural elements are built according to the approved designs and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain documentation of construction progress.
Technical Expertise: create Shop drawings, as built drawings ,…… etc. , Evaluate and implement innovative engineering solutions to complex design challenges. Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural components within the overall project design.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering professional growth and technical expertise within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on mega projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, hotels & Mosques).
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
