Exciting Opportunity – Hospitality Design Manager – Dubai
A leading International Architectural Practice with a strong presence in the Middle East is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Design Specialist to manage the design of multiple hospitality projects across the region.
As a Hospitality Design Manager, you will be integral in overseeing and managing a diverse team dedicated to large luxury hospitality projects. Your multifaceted role encompasses leading and managing the architecture team, conducting design supervision, recording, conducting client meetings and reporting in a consultant-side position. Additionally, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing concept and detailed designs and ensure compliance with design intent, coordinating these drawings across various trades and disciplines.
Minimum requirements:
· Qualified buildings Architect with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
· 10 years of full-time Middle East Experience.
· Extensive experience in 5* Multiple Hotel & Resort projects.
· Multi-discipline design experience and knowledge.
· Hands-on overseeing of all design works.
· Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
