Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate and comprehensive civil estimations for diverse construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to comprehend project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze construction documents, blueprints, and technical specifications to generate precise cost estimates.
• Utilize industry expertise to recommend cost-effective construction methods and materials.
• Stay abreast of market trends and pricing for civil construction components.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in civil estimation for construction projects.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
