1. He Should be fluent in English speaking
2. He should have good knowledge on mechanical（DCS operator and engineer：more than 3 years work experience）
3. He should have power plant operation experience with gas turbine，steam turbine， boiler etc.
4. His body should be under good condition.
5. He should have a good character， he must be friendly with others.
