Key Responsibilities
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
– Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
– Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor law regulations.
– Provide expert guidance on labor law matters, resolving employee relations issues effectively.
– Develop and implement HR policies, aligning them with UAE labor law , KSA Labor Law, Oman and Bahrain Labor Law and best practices.
– Coordinate performance management and talent development initiatives.
*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
– Atleast 2-3yrs UAE experience in HR roles.
– Solid understanding of UAE labor law , KSA Labor Law, Oman and Bahrain Labor Law regulations and practices.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and empathy.
– Proficiency in HR software and tools.
