Required Experience:
Applicant must have a minimum of 02-03 Yrs of Gulf experience as a Safety officer in Oil & Gas Industry.
A minimum total of 05 – 06 Yrs of experience is needed.
Candidate must have NEBOSH & OSHA or IOSH Certificate compulsory.
Job Description:
Ensure the conduct of a Daily Toolbox Talk (TBT),
Perform the Daily Inspection and ensure that all the required checklists are adequately filled, and all the requirements are in place,
Identifying hazards in the organization, identifying control measures, and ensuring their implementation with continuous monitoring,
Stop, report, and file unsafe acts/conditions,
Conduct and participate in safety meetings and drills,
Ensure compliance with safety rules and standards both on and off the job and be a role model for safety compliance by adhering to those set rules and standards by himself/ herself.
Report and Investigate the Accident, Incident, and Near-miss,
Ensure the use of proper standard PPE for the job,
Verify the competency/ training of the employee,
Be the source of communication between the workers and the management staff,
Make sure the emergency procedure and evacuation plans are developed at work location,
Familiar with the approved health, safety, and environmental plans to ensure compliance with this plan across the project.
Keep records of any HSE violations,
Ability to support the planning process, procedures, and systems. Effectively implement the same.
Produce timely technical reports on areas of technical safety and risk assessment with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure PTW protocols and JSA identify training needs and conduct HSE training and develop KPI and monitor HSE performance.
Salary :
Basic Salary: 2200 SAR
Food Allowance: 300 SAR
Total Salary: 2500 SAR
