The selected candidate shall ensure quality compliance in the respective NEOM activities; plan and execute audits in accordance with NEOM requirements; escalate non-compliance with NEOM/Employer Requirements; monitor and ensure closure of non-compliances.
Required Experience:
· 12+ years proven experience in quality assurance & quality control or related areas.
· Compliance auditing experience within the construction industry, preferably including in corporate contexts.
Required Knowledge:
· Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance within the respective field/discipline.
· Very good knowledge of quality management standards.
· Knowledge of design and construction regulation and requirements in KSA.
Required Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field to his or her specialty.
· Master’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field to his or her specialty (preferred).
· Active ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
