A Bahraini based  are currently hiring an IT Support Manager for one of our Oil & Gas clients in Bahrain.

Job Location: Bahrain

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee internal ticketing platform
Measure Support/service satisfaction
Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process.
Managing hardware and software support requests
Identifying inefficiencies in the support process and amending accordingly
IT equipment purchasing and installation
Working with third party vendors to rectify issues
Seek and apply improvements to department processes (employee onboarding, support documentation etc.)
Report support metrics to management team
Conduct staff IT inductions and one-on-one training
