Preparing Complete BOQ (Substation, OHTL, UGC, Renewable Energy) fully complying with scope of work, specifications and standards, with its revisions after Site Visit, and after each pre-bid.
Follow the RFQ status as per the BOQ and approved Vendor List.
Estimation items, for all unpriced/unquoted items.
Bid Bond requirements, Bid Bond request and send & follow up Bid Bond request to Treasury and follow for bid extensions.
Preparing the Performance Bond request & Send to Treasury
Preparing Bid Calculation Sheet including comparison with Lowest PO prices for similar scope.
Preparing Pre Bid Clarifications.
Risk Assignment Reports (With Bid Bond and update with Final Calculation)
Prepare Budget for awarded Tenders.
Estimation for terminations & HV & MV cables lengths
Filling of final Schedule “C” & BENA / IKTVA and any Commercial format required.
To prepare reply of Post Bid Clarification and to attend post bid meeting with Client whenever required.
Should have experience on Bid submission Technical & commercial Documentation required for SEC, ARAMCO, Royal Commission, Ministries Projects, TARSHID, REPDO, MODON etc.
Requirements:
• 08-15 years’ experience in KSA.
• Iqama transfer.
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
