Assistant Unit Manager
Job brief
We are looking for an Assistant Uni Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently in our new branch at Kim’s Hospital.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours.
Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations in our branch at Kim’s Hospital
• Ensure the achievement of restaurant KPIs and financial objective
• Lead, manage, train, and coach the team
• Prepare regular sales dashboards and reports
• Overseeing the staff performance and ensuring quality of service
Qualifications:
• College graduate / or at least college level with work experience in the Restaurant / F&B industry
• Driven and with ambition to become successful
• Pleasing personality and loves meeting new people
• Good communication skills or has the passion to talk and motivate others
• Can allocate regular time for client and training
• Strong leadership skills and can deal with different levels of employees
• Can operate POS (point-of-sales) systems
• Preferably Filipino National
