A Saudi based co., is looking for:
Electrical Engineer:
During the employment, the rules & responsibility will be divided into two major rules as following:

You are expected to carry out the day-to-day duties assigned to you in a competent and efficient fashion; the responsibilities will be detailed under section No (1).
Work on company expansion by marketing the company to gain new projects and business through your relationships.

Section No. (1) Maintenance Contracts with Clients Rules & Responsibilities:
Responsible to execute the maintenance contracts as descried in clients’ scope of work.
Prepare the maintenance plan as per clients’ requirements.
Mange the maintenance team to ensure the implementation of the maintenance plans.
Manage, all day-to-day Maintenance activities as per schedule plan.
Submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly PM plans to designate representative.
Conduct the correct troubleshooting in order to solve the problem as per clients’ SLA.
Optimize the cost of any awarded contract by seeking engineering solutions lead to cost saving.
Work on solving any maintenance trouble considering maximizing company’s profit.
Be on call 24 Hrs. and report to site for any emergency case, and solve the trouble in timely manner.
Obey to all engineering works for all company requirements as job needed.
Represent the company in all related business meetings and site visits.
Complete work supervision and daily activities such as electrical engineering tasks on site etc.
All other work required by the company.

Section No. (2) Employ Rules &Responsibilities:

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Section No. (3) General Responsibilities:

Monthly progress reports to be shared with management including all ongoing maintenance status, obstacles, as well as addressing any potential business.
The company is obligated to provide you with best work environment office.
The company is obligated to insure the smooth work of the employee and provide the ultimate support to the employee to meet the company’s targets.
The employee shall not perform any work outside of the company and without the knowledge of the employer.
The employee will be entitled for (21) workdays of leave, to be taken every (1) year as per the labor law, after the completion of 12 months.
Basic Medical insurance to be covered by the company.
The employee shall be subjected to a probation period of 3 months (provided that the probation shall not exceed six months from the beginning of employment as per the labor law.
The employer may remove, adjust or add responsibilities based on work demand.
