1- Knowledge of ISO image

3- Good Technical knowledge of window 10
4- hardware knowledge
5- understand SLA
6- having experience of working on ticketing portal
7- should have valid / transferable Iqama and driving license – owning a car would be a plus
8- Knowledge of VPN / network / switch / TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
9- must able to speak Arabic
