To develop the preventive maintenance plan and ensure effective implementation
Able to analysis & trouble shoot all the electrical and electronic issues of the machines to reduce the downtime
To be able to do the PLC programing ,installation of the control devices, able to do modification as required
To be able to attend pneumatics and hydraulics trouble shooting
To be able to install, Calibrate and trouble shoot the servo motors
To be able to lead, guide and train the team of junior technicians
To be able to liase with stores in maintaining minimum spares of the machines.
To maintain the ISO requirements of the department .

7 to 9 years of experience in similar capacity
Working experience in Plastic Industry with Injection molding, Thermoforming, Extrusion and blown film Lines.
Working Experience with chillers, Compressor and maintenance of utilities and facilities .
Experience of ISO documentation.
