QA Manager is responsible to ensure compliance with set Quality policies and procedures of the Armco Projects including but not limited to Business Units ( P&L) as well as Functional and support departments.
Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Quality team in accordance with Aramco standard and meeting the approved budget
· Manage the responsibility for all QUALITY MANAGEMENT activities at all facilities and work sites
· Support to the Management at the level of tendering, business development in relation to QUALITY MANAGEMENT
· Mange the implementation of the organization’s QUALITY MANAGEMENT strategy to ensure delivery of quality projects to the clients
· Analyze and monitor performance of project QUALITY MANAGEMENT teams against schedule and reflect in monthly and quarterly project review meetings.
· Ensure maintaining the company’s quality certifications.
. Develop key performance indicators of business units and functional departments in the Company.
. Measure, consolidate and report performance along the KPIs.
· Ensure periodic reviews and updates of the processes & procedures related to QUALITY MANAGEMENT
· Support in managing the preparation of periodic QUALITY MANAGEMENT information systems (reports & other communications)
· Ensure Legal and Regulatory compliance in QUALITY MANAGEMENT matters
· Identify and track KPIs for the QUALITY MANAGEMENT function, and devises plans and initiatives for business and operational improvements
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
· Proficient in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or any relevant field, Masters preferred.
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in QMS in a comparable sized operation to Aramco and SEC standard.
· Aramco Approval is must
Certification in Six sigma and Business Analytics are important surplus
