Candidate must have a technical background and at least three to five years of experience with electro mechanical products
KSA experience and worked on most of the major end users online portals ( Aramco, Sabic, SEC & others) will be preferred.
Experience in preparation of quotations through online portals & also direct quotations through emails.
Follow up with customers for obtaining their warehouse location and providing it to our logistics team
Posting of invoices to customers through portals, follow up on processing the GRs through emails.
Follow up with customers to ensure receipts of payments against our pending invoices
Develop and maintain good Customer Relationship.
Customer visits as & when required
Ability to coordinate between procurement team & customers , to maximize the PO conversion rate.
Computer Skills-Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power point & other basic Internet knowledge to operate end users portals etc
