A Doha based Co., Nair Systems is currently looking for Data Architect for Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Responsible for visualizing and designing an organization’s enterprise data management framework. This framework describes the processes used to plan, specify, enable, create, acquire, maintain, use, archive, retrieve, control, and purge data
b. Intersect with the rest of the organization for:
i. Understand Data Availability Discover and Catalog our data including meta and master data covering Operational Data Store, DWH, Data Lakes etc. , remove Data Redundancy and cater to Data Personalization in the medium/long term
ii. Preserve Data Quality and determine gaps and help for Fix Data problems at source
iii.Data Glossary & Lineage Define and publish a Data Glossary and be able to trace Data Lineage
iv. Collaborate for improve Data Governance Setup Roles & Responsibilities establishing Data Ownership and Enterprise Data Accountability
v. Preserve Data Security Ensure cataloged data has appropriate Security , Privacy and Sensitivity policies setup.
vi. Improve Data Processes & Policies to implement a Data Life Cycle
vii. Review business processes for evaluate Data Upstream/Downstream Implement integrations with emphasis on Notifications & Reconciliations
viii. Look for architectures fur support Analytics/Insights Mature towards Predictive , Prescriptive E.g. Customer Churn, Product Profitability, Customer Spend
c.Determine what Data Processing Platforms are the correct ones for accommodate specific business needs
