* 5-10 years in proposals, bidding and tendering preferred available with transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.

* Experience should be related to estimation of process equipment, tanks, pressure vessels, skids, rotating equipment, piping, instruments, Chemical Injections Skids,

* Experience with Saudi Aramco is mandatory.

* Proposals & Estimation activities involving the analysis of process for Chemical injection skids packages for onshore and offshore, Pressure vessels, Dosing packages, Pre-Engineered Skid packages,

* Review of tender documents including scope of work, drawings and specification.

* To prepare BOQ/ MTO from P&IDs for estimating.

* Ability to read and understand engineering documents and fabrication drawings.

* Work on preparing specifications for Instrumentation and Control system as well as Datasheets for equipment, and valves.

* Secure quotations for instruments, fittings, piping, structural materials, valves and all other accessories from the approval RVL and prepare a comparison for the quotations.

* Coordinate with different departments within the company to get the information required for preparing cost effective proposal.

* Follow company tendering procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met including relevant discipline codes and standard.

* Preparation of Technical Proposals (including Technical Submittal) and Commercial Proposals.

* Work on preparing rationalized budget and rationalize internal proposal after award.

* Attending meetings with client in KSA or outside (if required)
