1. Electrical/Mechanical Engineer Degree with minimum 5 years experience
2. Complete Knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and HVAC work
3. Complete knowledge of Electrical work
4. Can prepare Quotations and grab the projects
5. Complete knowledge of Market Rates including Material
6. Can execute, manage and lead the projects till finishing.
7. Bilingual and should have own car.
