Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Transform business processes and recommend product modifications
🔹 Act as liaison for troubleshooting and issue resolution
🔹 Proactively identify and propose system/process enhancements
🔹 Support technical issues in production environments
Required Skills:
💡 7-8 years of experience in Oracle SIM, with a background in Java
💡 Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
💡 Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) reports
💡 Good command of Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, MS SQL
💡 Experience in Oracle RMS, ReSA, and SIOCS (a plus)
