Open Position: BIM Manager/ Senior BIM Coordinator (Architectural)

Job Description:
Ø Develop Detailed Fitout designs and Highly detailed drawings by hand and using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
Ø Managing and leading the BIM production team.
Ø Preapare and implement BIM Strategies.
Ø Prepare and implement BIM execution plans.
Ø Prepare and implement BIM standards.
Ø Responsible for design team compliance with the BIM project standards.
Ø Responsible for design team compliance with the BIM execution plans.
Ø Working closely with the design team to ensure that BIM standards have been digested and properly implemented.
Ø liaise with the design team to ensure that changes in procedures and standards are effectively communicated to the project team.
Ø Daily management of BIM project data sets/ workflows and project setup.
Ø Interrogation of the design input of the model to identify clashes and produce/ manage clash register.
Ø Manage BIM coordination process.
Ø Interface with the project planner to create a virtual build of the 3D model.
Ø Connect BIM to on-site activities through the site management system.
Ø Manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project teams.
Ø Prepare asbuilt models as per client requirements including COBie and asset management information.
Ø Manage BIM productivity and make sure that BIM deliverables are met promptly with design.
Qualification:
Ø Must have completed a bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
Ø Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a related field.
Ø Extensive knowledge in 4D(Planning) and 5D(Cost) Models
Ø Experience in the execution of Interior and Fit-Out is a major plus.
Ø Excellent command and proficiency of the English language and fair knowledge of technical terminology is essential.
Ø Should demonstrate a high degree of drive and initiative as work is largely unsupervised and often demanding.
Ø Must be prepared to work beyond normal working hours whenever required, including working on weekends as necessary
