Job Summary
To ensure that the plant runs with maximum performance, efficiently and effectively by coordinating all
Roles & Responsibilities
– Plan daily meeting with EPC and O&M team for all critical actions, bad actors, warranty defects, RCA report and insurance report. And ensure a clear plan in place for tracking the activities.
– Prepare the monthly production and invoice report for the plant in coordination with finance department.
– Ensure implementation of effective and efficient policies and procedures relating to all RO Desalination Plants including PV stations.
– Prepare daily / monthly performance summary of plants and share it with relevant stakeholders such lenders, off takers, regional / corporate level, to ensure the management is aware of the performance and its achievement against the plan, with respect to availability and plant performance.
– Carry out trouble shooting, in co-ordination with Operation.
– Participate and lead in auditing from insurance and 3rd party were assigned by line manager.
– Coordinate with O&M team to improve the efficiency by doing any changes in operational activity with CTO and Operations Manager approval.
– Analyze, identify and resolve issues related to equipment integrity and performance by implementing performance calculation for various equipment and providing recommendations for improvement.
-Effective communication with stakeholders is a vital part of my role. I maintain open and regular communication with stakeholders such as regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
– Carry out detailed inspection of plant during annual maintenance and follow-up the annual maintenance .
– Implement, monitor and report IMS objectives, Targets and programs.
– Provide necessary resources for effective implementation and sustenance of IMS.
– Report IMS performance to the management periodically.
– Ensure Legal compliance with respect to their scope of activities.
– Ensure identification of root cause for the identified non conformances/ deviations and to implement corrective actions/Preventive actions.
– Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions.
– Report deviations in Integrated Management System, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions.
– Reporting of emergencies and incidents and near misses.
– Effective resource utilization.
– Perform other duties as assigned. Job Specifications
Educational
Bachelor of Engineering is a must.
Minimum Experience
4-8 years in Power/Desalination/RO plant
