Having urgent requirement for IT Application Project Manager – Oil & Gas Industry for our client based in Oman.

STRONG Oil and Gas industry experience is mandatory
• Lead and manage IT application projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project success. Proactively monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and facilitate seamless project execution.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software development and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of project decisions and changes. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance project management practices and methodologies.
