Note: Additive/Paint/Masterbatch Experience is must. 10-12 years minimum experience. Also experience of managing a team.
1- Operations Manager:
– Experience in masterbatch and additives manufacturing.
– Familiar with product planning, research and development.
– Ensuring product quality. – Knowledge on market demand.
– Familiar with operating twin screw extruders.
– Interaction with raw material suppliers.
– Familiar with ISO standards.
