1. Candidate must have OIL & GAS, and others related company network in Saudi Arabia (Specially Riyadh).
2. Managing operational team to execution of the project.
3. Have experience to handle manpower, resolve the issue site.
4. Handling of daily operations. Collect daily & Monthly timesheet of the manpower.
5. Follow up the monthly invoice. Continual follow-up with the site & clients.
6. Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve company objectives.
7. Must need to bring manpower supply and logistics contract from COMPANIES for our company.
8. Conduct in-person visits to offices and businesses to distribute business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs and promoting our business and services accordingly.
10. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and prospecting.
11. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
13. Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements to the management.
14. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and work schedules.
Requirements:
– Must have 4-5 yrs. Experience in same field.
– Have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
– Proficiency in English & Arabic.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
– Iqama Status- Transferable.
– Qualification – Degree or above.
