URGENT Requirement for Program Manager- Temenos Transact with our banking client based in Oman and Kuwait
Exp: 8+ years
PMP is Must
Implementing/migrating in T24 Core Banking is MUST
• Experience of implementing/migrating T24 Core Banking (Minimum 3 implementation)
• Very good understanding of all the modules in T24 Transact
• Good understanding of T24 architecture
• Knowledge of various T24 components (like T24 Browser, OS, DBs, Interfaces etc…)
• Implementation experience and knowledge of key features of the latest versions of T24
• Knowledge in Application / Interfaces Design, Development & Implementation
• Very good coordination skills and results oriented
• Ability to lead multiple teams in defining solutions to meet client requirements
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to think critically and identify all technical impacts of a product feature
• Technical knowledge: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2)
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned.
• Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
• Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals.
• Determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects.
• Prepare and communicate Project Plan to client, project team and Client Services Management.
• Manage client expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope and timeline.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with the client and ensure he is fully satisfied.
• Plan, manage and maximize utilization of project resources.
• Implement and manage project Change Control procedures.
