Urgently need for MEP QS & Estimation Engineer.
– preferably can join immediately
– with UAE work experience
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
– At least 5 years of experience as an Estimation and Tendering engineer under MEP Division/Contracting Company.
– Experience in Commercial and residential project’s tendering.
– Experience in MEP Quantity surveying, costing, Budgeting.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Description:
· Tendering (review of Tender documents to proposal submission)
· All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd parties. Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
· Responsible to detailed MTOs (quantity take-off) and verify from tender documentation.
· Prepare / Review the preparation of the construction schedule, providing manhours and equipment requirement for each activity and ensure correctness to capture anticipated durations and manning
· Budgeting, planning, and monitoring of awarded and ongoing projects.
· Assist Commercial & cost control engineers in the identification, evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company.
