Responsibilities:
• Oversee all QA/QC personnel
• Ensure competent QA/QC manpower
• Communicate with Planning Dept and Inspection
• Ensure QA/QC requirements identified for critical equipment
• Prioritize UT monitoring as pre-shutdown activity
• Coordinate work between QA/QC and inspection teams
• Review and submit ANDT reports
• Ensure repairs and extra work meets QA/QC standards
• Verify proper stress relieving records
• Manage welder qualifications and datasheets
• Handover to deputy with instructions
