KSA – MECHANICAL QC SUPERVISOR – Job vacancy

• Preparation of weekly reports and submitting to the client.
• Monitoring of the Inspection activities related to all Instrumentation/Mechanical and civil work carried out.
• Involvement in weekly and monthly internal meetings with planning and construction team to minimize the rework and wastage control and with Client’s to discuss the major deviations come across construction.
• Identify and prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) for jobs as per project specifications and verify welders meet PQR requirements as per ASME Sec. IX, API-1104, AWS D1.1
• Report and record Discrepancy items, Non Conformance and corrective action requirements to the site and project engineers and maintain follow up register to close out.
• To ensure that project construction activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan, Contract Specifications and Drawings.
• Signing of all reports like mechanical, civil and electrical after completion inspection as per project standards.
• Preparation of monthly Quality management reports and submitting to the client.
• Attending projects progress weekly meeting with PID and PMT.
• Materials receiving inspection of welding consumables.
• Carry out walk through of test packs ,review of documents and inspection reports of all joints.
• Witnessing of hydro testing of piping .
