Menasa and Partners have an urgent requirement for a highly accomplished Head of Department – Rail and Infrastructure – GCC to join a leading multinational engineering and consulting firm in Saudi Arabia.
Candidates applying for this role must have a remarkable background in managing and directing major Infrastructure and Rail projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications are advantageous.
Proven track record of successfully managing and directing major Infrastructure and Rail projects, with a particular focus on Civil Engineering.
Must be currently running a Rail/Infrastructure Division.
Extensive experience in Rail and Infrastructure projects, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in project controls, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Demonstrated experience in mobility projects will be considered an asset.
