Responsibilities

• Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigns weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
• Help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the company is providing consistently excellent products and service, and that the work environment is inviting and well-stocked.
• Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and help in enforcing policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
• Effectively collaborates with the Managing Director and senior managers to stay on the same page. Meet regularly with senior managers to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives.
• Integrate all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business.
• Resolve issues effectively. Seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflicts and solving problems in practical and health manner.
• Help in developing the company processes and systems and ensure everyone is truly following the company core processes and operating systems.
• Confirm that all key messages are properly and consistently cascades across the organization. Verify that a high level of effective communication exist throughout the organization.
• Fill in for senior managers as needed, oversee budgets, and coordinate schedules, inventory, and supplies.
• Track performance and conduct employee reviews.
• Help in Recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.

Required skills and qualifications
• Female.
• Lives in Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Smart & fast learner.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other business related field.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and Interpersonal skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with score 3.5/4 or 87.5% or above.
• Proven success in a managerial role.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
• Arabic speaking.
