MEP Engineer -Maintenance
Fala Building Material Company is looking for a MEP Engineer who can join the team immediately
Key Responsibilities:
1- Design and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, various building projects.
electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection for
2- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to ensure the
efficient integration of MEP systems. 3- Review and evaluate MEP contractor submittals, shop
drawings, and as-built drawings.
4- Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing to optimize MEP system performance. 5- Create construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
6- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations. Participate in project meetings, providing technical
expertise and guidance.
7- Continuously improve and update professional knowledge and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
– 5 years of relevant experience in MEP design and
engineering, preferably in – Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but
not required.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design
software.
– Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and
regulations.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment. – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
