There is opening for Electrical/ Mechanical foremens-50 number. Further all the candidates should comply with below requirement, otherwise no need to apply Roles & Responsibilities for Mechanical foreman .
1. Candidate must have knowledge of drawings and experience of plumbing work , firefighting work and Hvac work.
2. Monitor the execution of day-to-day plumbing, firefighting and hvac activities at site .
3. Understanding the water supply ,drainage ,ducting , chilled water and fire fighting installation procedure .
4. Candidate must have knowledge about material take off.
5. Candidate must have knowledge about hydrotest procedure piping and duct leaked procedure .
Qualifications and Work Experience.
1. Diploma in Mechanical or ITI certificate .
2. 5-10 years’ Construction work experience in the field of MEP Works with minimum 3 years of Gulf experience
Electrical foremen
1 5-10 years’ experience in the field of MEP Works with minimum 3 years of Gulf experience
2 Education Qualification-High School Diploma or Electrical Diploma.
3 Should be experience of Installation of MV switchgear, MV RMU, Transformer, Low Voltage distribution panel boards, Busducts, MCC, MV & LV Cable pulling works, Disconnecting switches and isolators.. etc., All the works to be performed as per Standards and with Safety rules and regulation
4 Should be experience in installation of UPS and centralized battery system.
5 Should be experience in installation of All type of Lighting and small power system.
6 Should be experience in Infrastructure works such as Street lighting installation, Medium voltage cables laying works, Low voltage and low current Duct bank and cable pulling works.
7 Should be experience of installation of All type Cable trays, ladder, trunks, Conduits (PVC, EMT, GI) etc.
8 Should be expert in reading Single line diagrams, shop drawing and control wiring circuits.
9 Should be able to Estimate all the quantities of materials from the drawings, required manpower and tools to execute work and to achieve as per project schedule time.
10 Must be familiar with all the installation for low current system such as Fire alarm system, CCTV system, PA system, Clock system, Access control system, MATV system, IP telephone and data system
11 Should be experience in the installation of Earthing and Lightning protection system works.
12 Should have knowledge for the installation of Building management system (BMS)
13 Should maintain daily report and Progress report
