Position Name: Industrial Automation Engineer
Job Description
• Design and Programming PLC, SCADA systems
• Preparation of FDS, BOQ, IO List, System Architecture, etc.
• PLC / RTU programming using Ladder or FBD for the sequence of operation
• Testing & Commissioning of SCADA system
Technical Skills
• Should have experience in configuration and programming of any branded PLC / RTU especially Siemens or Schneider Electric or Phoenix Contact.
• Engineer must have experience in Control and Instrumentation and able to read the P&ID diagrams and interface to the customers.
• Hands on experience in configuring control systems and customer application development including Graphics for HMI.
• Experience of interfacing SCADA to PLC’s & RTU’s and Testing & Commissioning
• Preparing of FDS, BOQ, etc.
• Knowledge of Modbus and Profibus communication protocols
• Access database and other MS office skills
• Aveva (System Platform, Intouch) or any recognized SCADA software
• Programming, implementation, trouble shooting. System configuration, documentation, implementation and conceptual development of PLC / RTU / SCADA Systems
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification: BE / B Tech / BS / BSC/ Diploma (Electrical or Electronics or Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering), Minimum 60% through out.
