Abqaiq, KSA – TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER-METAL WORKS AND MACHINE SHOP OPERATION – Job vacancy

One of the leading Machine Shop Centers in Eastern Province is looking for a Metalworking Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the following locations of Dammam, Abqaiq and Al Ahsa. This position will be responsible for using metalworking technical sales knowledge in machine shop operations to help provide the best solution for customer problems.
The Technical Sales Rep will make daily customer visits to help maintain and grow Metalworking business. You will be tasked with identifying why customers are having issues and communicating effectively on how they can resolve the issue.
This position will be expected to show positivity and respect, and communicate with team members and vendors on work being completed.

Responsibilities of the Metalworking Technical Sales Engineer

• Increase Metalworking sales in new and established accounts
• Establish new opportunities
• Provide Metalworking technical support for customers
• Ability to provide and locate solutions to customer request
• Communicate efficiently with customers, vendors, and other employees
• Knowledge about ISO 9001: 2015 Management System Implementation
