Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for a Senior Sales Engineer opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for developing, winning, maintaining, and expanding all our client relationships and sales within Riyadh for SMB Projects in Physical Security and Smart Home Automation solutions
Responsibilities
• Bring new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new areas of growth and promote company presence in market
• Understand customer project requirement and cultivate additional solution sales opportunity
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Document and maintain customer database and contact information
• Document and maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and customer visits on daily basis
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on competitor solution proposals
• To Prepare estimates and quotations with necessary technical information.
• To prepare pre-qualification documents with respect to the client requirement
• Create vendor registrations with reputed clients
• Successfully utilize customer pain points to develop an optimal solution sale
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of solution proposals
• Manage all technical aspects of client RFP / RFI
• Identifying and building strong business relationships with consultants, contractors and end users
• Generating and cultivating effective long-term relationships with customers through regular and meaningful contact
• Developing, qualifying, following up, and closing sales opportunities, reporting all in the Sales Pipeline
Requirements:
• Electrical/Electronics/IT Engineering Graduate with solid industry experience in Physical Security Solutions
• Minimum 5 years of Medium Size Solution Project sales experience with proven track record of SMB Project Sales in Physical Security domain
• Solid technical background with understanding of Physical Security Solutions & Smart Homes
• Ability to build long lasting relationships with senior executives quickly and effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpretation and analyzing skills of client requirement
• PC proficiency, with knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• Works independently with minimum supervision
• Is a team player and collaborates well with others in a matrix organization
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
