A Bahrain based the leading hospitality groups is seeking to hire an
Operations Manager
to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operations of one of our organization’s lines of business, which includes making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant management or related field.
· With a minimum of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager for more than 3 outlets.
· Experience in management, F & B operations, and leadership.
· Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
· Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, suppliers, and employees.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Understanding of financial management.
· With a minimum of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager for more than 3 outlets.
· Experience in management, F & B operations, and leadership.
