4) Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
5) Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
6) Take the lead on customer care related issues and resolve with in SLA
7) address common issues which need improvement in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, training
8) Play major role to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
