Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall financial control, financial reporting, and financial supervision.
• Work closely with the CEO and stakeholders as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
• Budget & operational plans preparation based on sales targets, new product launches, recipes, margins, fixed/variable expenses, HR costs, funding requirements, etc.
• Preparation and Finalization of Annual Operational Plans – Budgets. Liaise with stakeholders to obtain & finalize Sales targets based on Profitability needs. Presentation of Budgets and all its aspects in Budget.
• Timely submission of the Head Office Reporting Requirements which mainly include Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of all products, Receivable Ageing Reports, Inventory Ageing Reports, and Subsequent Collection against Overdue Receivables.
• Developing long-term business plans based on financial reports and analysis.
• Review and finalization of Capital Expenditure Requests (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditures (OPEX).
• Cash management by preparation of cash flow projections and supervision of cash management activities i.e.,
