A Saudi based company is looking for Quantity Surveyor Civil / Estimation Engineer Civil
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity take off’s..
• Build a database of heuristics and employ parametric estimates to assist in bids .
• Play an active role in bid management .
• Scrutinizing the contracts and actively participate in preparing claims in coordination with
the CM.
• Tracking material usage and documenting any changes / variations to the contracts .
• Liasing with site managers , procurement managers ,sub- contractors .

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineer with 5+ Years of experience mainly in
finishing works .
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( Word , Excel , Powerpoint & Access ).
