Includes POS set up, training and maintained updated for all outlets.
Setting up aggregators, delivery platforms for all outlets
Hiring and training management, employees, coordinating work and schedules
Developing working relationships with front and back of house staff
Working closely with store managers and team members
Overseeing inventory, ordering
Overseeing and negotiating all restaurant contracts for all the outlets
Monitoring restaurant reports, closing, opening, managing petty cash
Creating data base and using it to promote and increase sales
Oversee maintenance of equipment and the building.
Ensuring all departments are working efficiently and coordinating with finance, HR, central kitchen, purchasing and marketing.
Overseeing new projects and following up with contractors
Requirements
College or culinary institute degree in restaurant management or hospitality is plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar position is a requirement
Must have strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and customer service skills.
Time management is essential, dividing time between admin work and being involved during operational hours especially peak business hours
Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly. Has a can-do attitude.
Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
Flexibility to work on a 24 hour shift pattern
Must have a strong understanding of UAE local market
Driving license required

AED7,000 – AED10,000 a month
