JOB SUMMARY FOR SALES AND DELIVERY MANAGER:
· This role provides support to partner customers for services purchased.
· You will be responsible for building customer trust and loyalty, increasing revenue in the customer base through upsells and customer referrals, thus resulting in reduced customer attrition and increased average revenue per customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES AND DELIVERY MANAGER:
· Manage the on-boarding of new channel partner customers
· Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
· Manage dunning and collection calls as required.
· Upselling existing customers to exceed monthly quota.
· Implement Save activities as required to meet attrition goals.
· Implement and measure quality assurance programs.
· Outbound calling customers, follow scripts, track customer communication in Salesforce.
· Create and update customer records in Salesforce for accurate tracking of customers. communications to track the customer experience throughout the service process.
· Communication of all customer-related issues to the appropriate parties to ensure a seamless flow of information and the ability to create repeatable problem solving.
· Other projects include preparing support materials for sales calls; contacting potential partners, performing research; handling sales follow-up calls; system support and

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES AND DELIVERY MANAGER:
· Experience with MS Office Professional and Salesforce
· Proven interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people.

· Ability to function independently with minimum supervision
