Must have more than 10 years of experience as a Survey Project Manager.
Must posses PMP, and Bachelor/Master’s degree in Surveying.
Must have strong knowledge of Survey, Topographic Survey, GIS, Sanitary Sewage, Electrical Poles, Potable Water, Irrigation, Storm Drainage, Civil Construction and CAD drawings with good leadership skills.
Having strong knowledge about experience on Total Station, Leveling Machine and GPS and other digital equipments.
Manage all resources and project personnel, prepare project bills, and follow up and approvals.
Sign all project correspondence and issue progress reports, submissions. Subcontractor management, coordination with client management.
Assist in preparation of accurate project programs, clearly indicate the timeframes and activities involved in the project.
Supervise the site regularly, keep the client updated on the progress of the project and attend to all technical and engineering problems.
Track project milestones and deliverables, check & deliver progress reports,
Maintain accurate record keeping of delays and changes that have occurred.
Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
Must have KSA Driving License.
Fluent in English, Arabic and other Communicative languages to reach clients.
