Pre-Requisites, Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 1+ Year Experience in SQL (Mandatory).
2. Reply to inbound requests from channels in prescribed service levels.
3. Determine, review criticality and prioritize resolution of issues.
4. Resolve cases and support Lead Software Support Analysts.
5. Engage in Knowledge Management process by creating and using materials.
6. Guide clients to use self-help resources.
7. Offer direct customer service and technical support to user through phone, email and in-person.
8. Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements.
9. Record customer requests and technical requirements.
10. Manage Product Help Desk and capture user interactions.
11. Record issues and solutions to troubleshoot guides.
12. Present to end users for training purposes.
13. Perform all the activities which is related to SQL.
