Responsibilities:
A reputed company is looking for Quantity Surveyor with Building Construction/Interior (Fit-outs)/ Infrastructure quantities take-off/ quantities take-off experience (Quantities with 3D calculations).
Qualification: Civil Engineering Graduate with 7 to 8 years of experience in Building & Infrastructure projects as Quantity Surveyor/Estimation Engineer with vast experience as in quantity surveying.
Duties:
– To calculate the quantities and to get approvals from the client for the monthly invoice.
– To estimate the quantities & cost for the bidding of new projects.
– Ensuring the Monthly Progress Invoices of the project to the client.
Salary:
SAR. 4,000 – 5,000 Basic Salary + company accommodation + company transportation
Requirements:
– Education: Civil Engineering Graduate.
– Experience: Min 7 – 8 years work experience.
– Approvals: Aramco/ RC approved is required. He should have exposure to the Building & Infrastructure projects.
