A Jubail based company is in need of a QA/QC Engineer with experience in Steel Fabrication.
Job Description:
1. Preparation & Implementation of the company QMS manual, control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
2. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
3. Develop and implement quality procedures related to fabrication & erection, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
4. Review the quality of all incoming materials, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality
5. Supervise the effective implementation of all procedures and quality documents at shop floor and sites
6. Responsible for developing PQR/WPS and training welders for various welding process
7. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
8. Liaise with Technical Engineer for submission of Pre-qualification documents.

Mandatory Requirement:
1. Degree in Engineering with 7-10 Years of Experience in the steel fabrication
2. Good knowledge of Engineering Drawings.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. CSWIP Certification
5. Transferable Iqama.
