KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Should have technical knowledge /understanding in maintaining Trumpf CNC Punch machines, Trumpf Laser machines, Trumpf CNC Bending machines, Air compressors, Dryers & Powder coating plant-Automatic and Manual spray, and Hydraulic systems and PLC systems in general.
- To ensure that all the plant and machinery are kept and maintained to achieve near to ‘zero downtime
- Coordination with production functions like Fabrication and Assembly cells to plan ‘preventive and predictive’ maintenance schedules.
- Systemized documentation of records with SAP program
- To help other departments in implementing improved process layouts and contribute to work as a team to achieve organizational goals like productivity improvement, cost reduction, waste reduction, 5S standards, health and safety standards etc.
- Apply all Safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience
Generic Skills:
- Proactive
- Good Communication Skills
- Time Management Skills
7. COMPETENCIES:
- Good knowledge of PLC and drives
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power-Point).
- Experience on SAP is added advantage
