Saudi Electricity Company is hiring Transmission Engineer (Saudi Only):
Responsibilities
Assist in the project from proposal preparation to commissioning the facility and post completion analysis for either a single/ large and/or numerous related projects.
Assist in the preparation of bid documents, selection of qualified bidders, evaluation of the proposals and recommendation for
award for all contracts / material/ equipment suppliers required to complete the assigned projects.
Assist to improve existing facilities or construct new facilities. The construction of the projects should be in accordance with the Plan & Design, Company approved budget, scope, specifications and schedule.
Analyze and evaluate engineering work and technical plans for the construction of 380 kV stations and familiarity with the electrical equipment of the stations, including 380/132/33 / 13.8 kV.
Manage, lead and attend meetings related to 380 kV station projects and coordinate with the relevant authorities associated with the project to ensure that the technical requirements meet with the specified requirements in the scope of work .
Review start-up letters for any strategic or regular project of high voltage stations, in addition to review technical specifications and work scope for projects of 380 kV stations.
Prepare reports on the progress of the projects design work.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with experience from 3-4 years.
Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
Good at Microsoft Office programs.
