Al Gihaz Holding Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for Tendering Manager:
- Leading tendering team activities from receiving invitation till bid submission, like site visit, creation of BOQ, preparing inquires to client, send RFQs, preparing calculation& comparison sheet, post bid clarifications, etc..
- Ensure that Bid Bonds are arranged well in advance to ensure bid submission on time.
- Validation and ensuring adherence pricing / terms and conditions in contracts at offer stage as per applicable guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial, tax, customs and legal guidelines.
- Ensuring fully complying with scope of work, specifications and standards
- Risk assessment and mitigate risks of offers.
- Implement improvement in company processes and standards in relation to bid management.
- Effective Business Administration, Controlling, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Business Profitability Reporting including Strategic Decision Making.
- Review of bidding due list and Follow up with team to ensure timely & accurate Submission of all Bids.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get final prices during tendering stage.
- Advise on and participate in the financial aspects of the Contracts.
- Ensuring that monitoring & measuring activities of tendering processes are fully implemented and key performance indicators of the business unit progress towards continual improvement.
- Requirements:
- 10:15 years’ experience on Extra High Voltage Substations and distribution field, and with 2:3 years as a Manager.
- Has technical and commercial knowledge of GIS, Power transformers, Reactors, Capacitors, SAS, protection, SCADA, telecom systems and renewable planets.
- Iqama transfer.
- BSC, Electrical engineering.
