1. Prepare the Cost estimate based on work scope related to type of work.
2. He shall be able to evaluate the motor size based on motor name plate data or ratings provided by customer.
3. He shall be able to evaluate for manpower required for overhauling and rewinding activities as requested by customer.
4. He shall have knowledge of basic material required for overhauling and rewinding activities.
5. Shall be able to understand the various motor parts while preparing the quotes and taking back up offer for the spares from OEM or third party.
6. Shall be able to estimate approximate quantity of copper for preparing rewinding cost estimation.
7. He shall be able to keep proper record of follow ups and records of bid submitted with respect various criterion.
8. He shall be able to evaluate manpower and duration for site work while preparing estimate for site overhauling and replacement jobs.
- Evaluate and identify the most suitable offer which is technically and financially acceptable.
- Estimate manpower and equipments required to execute the work
- Discuss the cost with Management to decide the overhead % & profit margin and decide the bidding price. Provide pricing in a timely manner and management of tender bids
- Sort out if any deviation is required in the submitted tender by consulting manufacturer and client.
Provide support and coordinate with customers as and when is necessary
- Coordinate, assist and advise all shop supervisors, as needed, in repair and/ or replacement work. Produce technical drawings and/or illustrations as necessary
- Provide technical support for customers when necessary, including but not limited to: confirming technical or engineering modifications; ensuring service satisfaction; and promoting strong company image
- Monitor ongoing time-and-material costs for each job with department Managers
-Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
-Minimum Experience: 5-8 years in Sales of Service Business
